Rates are based on item type, size, handling requirements, storage needs, project volume and duration.
For design firms and repeat trade partners, Cypress provides a detailed rate sheet so expectations are clear before shipments begin.
Trade Partner Access
For active clients, pricing includes access to Stowley, our warehouse management portal.
Clients can view inventory, photos, inbound notices, invoices, pull requests, and messages in one place.
What’s Included With Receiving
Receiving includes:
Intake and portal upload
Exterior condition review
Photo documentation
Inventory logging
Client notification
If an item arrives damaged or appears incomplete, Cypress documents the issue and notifies the client.
Storage & Project Support
Rack storage is available for active clients.
Fees are determined on the 15th and the 30th of each month based on the square footage in use at the time of calculation.
Cypress Receiving staff can also assist with inventory pulls, staged releases, parcel management, special handling, and warehouse assistance.
