Trade Show & Convention Receiving in New Orleans

Exhibiting in New Orleans? Ship your booth furniture, décor, lighting and display goods to us ahead of the show. We check everything in, photograph it and hold it until install day, a short drive from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Our background is in high-end furnishings, so your booth pieces get the same care as a designer's antiques. We also receive for event planners and production companies staging in New Orleans.

  • Two Loading Docks. Dock plate and pallet jack for freight and LTL deliveries.

  • Photo Documented. Every delivery is logged and photographed on arrival.

  • Storage Included. Your first two weeks of storage are included while you prep for the show.

  • Before & After. We hold goods ahead of the show and take returns afterward.

How it Works

1. Ship to us. Send retail orders, parcels and freight to our warehouse. Once your agreement is signed, we'll send your shipping instructions.

2. We receive and document. Each delivery is checked in, photographed and logged to your inventory, so you can see what has arrived and what's still on the way.

3. We hold it until the show. Everything stays together and staged for your install date.

4. To the show floor. Pick everything up with your own vehicle, weekends included by appointment, or let us coordinate delivery to the convention center.

5. After the show. Send your booth back to us for return shipping or storage until your next New Orleans event.

What We Handle

A great fit: Furniture, décor, lighting, rugs, small appliances, household goods, boxed display materials, and pallets we can move with a pallet jack.

Not a fit: Food, beverages or anything perishable. Heavy equipment or machinery that needs a forklift.

Getting to the Show Floor

Pickup with your own vehicle: By appointment, including weekends. Everything is staged at our dock and ready to load.

Coordinated delivery: We arrange delivery to the convention center through our trusted local white-glove delivery partner.

Partial pickups: Need some pieces early and the rest later? We can split your load into more than one pickup.

After the Show

Exhibiting in New Orleans again? Send your booth back to us after the show. We'll check in and photograph returned items, then store them until your next New Orleans event or stage them for your return carrier. We can also help with repacking, palatalizing and sorting.

Your Client Portal

Every exhibitor gets a login to our online client portal, which works from any phone or computer. As items arrive, you'll see them logged with photos, so you always know what's here and what's still on the way. You can also tell us about incoming shipments, schedule pickups, review invoices and message our team.
